ok, here is your first wee vid!  it is going over getting your harp into C major by putting up the correct 3 levers (E, A and B) and also the basic one octave scale with one hand.  In the video i go over the scale using my right hand, but it is exactly the same for your left to be sure to practice both!  just watching the movements will help you with muscle memory!!
